SHIPPING TIMELINES

Tumblers, Mugs, Ornaments, Drinkware & Shirts usually ship within 3-5 days while custom bags, luggage items and accessories can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery depending upon the nature of customization.

Holiday periods and world incidents may delay shipping however we will communicate and monitor the shipping tracking with you.

We cannot be responsible fo items lost once they are dropped off and tracking is provided, however we do ship with insurance and will assist you with tracking down and reporting items lost or received in a damaged condition.
