RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Unfortunately, due to customization, most items are not returnable unless the product arrives damaged or the error is on our behalf.

We will accept non customized items to be exchanged for a larger or smaller size, depending upon our availablity.

ALL REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIIN 15 DAYS of delivery of your product. We will assess the issue and respond promptly.
